Delivery and claims Nene Overland Limited will do its best to ensure prompt delivery but will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered. If the delivery cannot be made due to discontinuation of goods then any sum paid by the Buyer will be refunded and the Seller will notify the Buyer by email to the address given at the time of the order. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 28 days of order. Nene Overland Limited will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered. The buyer shall accept mutually arranged delivery. If the goods are undelivered, the obligation is with the buyer to negotiate re-delivery with Royal Mail or the courier. The buyer shall upon delivery examine the Goods and shall promptly (in any event within 7 days of delivery) and notify Nene Overland Limited by telephone or email, where appropriate, of any apparent damage, defect or shortages. Guarantee and Warranty All goods supplied are subject to manufacturers guarantees where relevant. Cancellation Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer has 7 days in which they can choose to cancel the order and return the goods for a full refund.
